Short post tonight...

If you follow me on Instagram, you'll know i hit the gym tonight for the first time in months.

The only benefit of being sick was losing 6lbs that i am desperately trying to keep from returning to their cozy residence on my ass.

Let's just say for tonight

Gym=1  •  Shay=0

kicked my azzzzzzz.

here's my workout. 

20 minutes on the elliptical

3 sets of 12 tricep machine

3 sets of 10 back

3 sets of 10 chest press

3 sets of 10 squat machine

3 sets of 20 ab machine

i'm attempting to return tomorrow for more torture.

Being that Scooter had the runs in NINE spots on our carpet yesterday and Kadee ate half of my parent's couch a few months ago (yes, half of it. I kid you not) I think these pups need to go on this website of shame!

Back in Business

Hi Everyone!

Thanks for all your sweet well wishes! I am FINALLY back in business and feeling a WHOLE lot better! What a catastrophe, and then coupled with the disaster that I had to deal with returning to work - any of you who saw my FB posts would know I was NOT a very happy camper these last two weeks dealing with - as i quoted to my boss "what's worse than a shit show, cuz that's what this is".

But at last, things seem to be returning to normal (or as normal as they can be for me!!)

And now I can finally catch up on the gazillion blogs i'm behind on, 

the housework i've neglected, 

the reality TV i haven't watched (hello, married to Jonas and honey boo boo) 

and I'm hoping to FINALLY post my giveaway this week!
