Ahhhhh Vacation... Part 1

Hey Peeps! I'm back, did ya miss me?! I can't even tell you what a great amazing time I had on vacation! But i'll try!

So our trip started Thursday night at around 9pm. We decided to start out with a late dinner, and kill a little time because it was raining.

Can we say FRIED PICKLES and wings - YUM!

We overloaded on dinner - i can tell you all it was because we wanted to eat enough to hold us over for the rest of the night, but that would just be a lie. We may or may not have stopped at a McDonalds at around 3am... i mean, to be fair, we had to stop and refuel anyway...

After 10 loooooooong hours of driving and driving and driving... we finally made it HERE!

We checked in, and walked upstairs to our suite, where i found this great surprise!

 My guy is so good to me... no one has ever done that for me before and it was so sweet. Though we did think it was kind of funny that they left the strawberries in the container... later we found out it wasn't quite the hotel we had thought it was (yes, i will be posting a hotel review on Yelp and Trip Advisor). I guess that's the problem with booking things you can only see on the internet. LOL.

 We ate breakfast then headed straight for the pool!

 After a few drinks (and a shot or two or three) we finally passed out for a few hours for a much needed nap. Once we got moving again, we got back up and got ready for our first night out. We decided to head over to Broadway at the Beach (thanks for the recommendation Sweet Bef), it reminded me of a City Walk type of place...

 We hit this place for dinner... turned out only the appetizer was really good... wasn't super crazy bout anything else we got.

After dinner, we decided to walk around, do some shopping... little did i know that everywhere in Myrtle Beach is SUPPPER casual. so i was a weeee bit overdressed in my 4" stilettos... and boy did they start to hurt the more we walked around. I eventually stopped and bought flip flops!

 We found this stray balloon hat and decided it made for a good photo shoot. It wasn't until much later when we were reviewing the photos, we saw what the sign above G's head happened to spell.

We hit up a club after i changed shoes... hung out there for a bit and then headed back to the hotel. It wasn't a super late night since we had been up for a ja-zillion hours.
